Meet Dr. Anson
Actively involved in implant dentistry since 1991, Dr. Anson has placed thousands of implants of various types on patients of all ages, becoming an international lecturer on the subject. He also lectures on periodontal techniques in hard and soft tissue regeneration. He has published numerous articles in international scientific journals and is considered an expert in the field of periodontics and implants.
Dr. Anson received his bachelor of science degree in chemistry and his D.D.S. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He completed his residency in periodontics at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Anson instructs residents at the Wadsworth Veteran’s Administration Hospital in dental implant reconstruction and surgical procedures.
Dr. Anson is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, and is a member and serves on the board of directors of the California Society of Periodontists (President 2007-2008) and the Los Angeles Dental Society (President 2008-2009).
Dr. Anson grew up in the Los Angeles area and has been married for over 20 years. He and his wife have two beautiful children. When he is not working, Dr. Anson enjoys tennis and playing an active role in raising his children.
